About the position

The Sr. Specialist, Product Planning and Launch Car-T Site Supply Chain will focus on supporting the site with long term planning, site capacity ramp planning, SD&OP and Launch readiness efforts for multi-CAR-T products. The incumbent will play a role in supporting to enable future enhancements, site expansions and new market/indications by ensuring successful product delivery to the site. This role will report directly to the Associate Director, Site Planning and Launch CAR-T.

Responsibilities

  • Use various software platforms to collect, interpret and analyze data for such reasons as trend analysis, report out.
  • Gather and Analyze data/metrics for mid-term and long-term capacity planning.
  • Support the project leads/manager on any capacity ramp initiatives.
  • Prepare and present KPIs/Metrics for site launch and planning meetings and discussions as required by the manager.
  • Perform Project Management Responsibilities.
  • Responsible for preparing and communicating summary metrics to key stakeholders on a determined cadence.
  • Identify opportunities for improving supply chain related processes.
  • Change management- Work within BMS's change management system to open, track and ensure timely closure of change controls.
  • Support in the implementation of any supply chain related processes or improvement initiatives.
  • Support with meeting coordination and collecting and communicating meeting minutes.
  • Monitor and collect data as related to launches or planning activities.
  • Must be comfortable scheduling and leading a discussion with stakeholders, as necessary.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree is required. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a cGMP facility within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • 2 years of experience in supply chain with knowledge of the infrastructure of supply chain.
  • 1 year of hands-on product launch experience.
  • 1 year of project management experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Quantitative analysis experience is required e.g. experience using PowerBI, Pivot tables, advanced excel and other software.
  • Must have excellent written and clear communication skills.
  • Must be comfortable organizing and running meetings as needed.
  • Understands cGMP with prior Biopharmaceutical/Pharmaceutical working experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and develop effective solutions.
  • Supply Chain knowledge is a must.
