About The Position

Hill International is seeking a Sr Specialist, Project Management Support in Pomona, California Responsibilities Responsible for analytics, data interpretation, data extraction, and dashboard development. Develop and create presentations for senior management in support of T&D strategies and goals. Track and report on Clean Energy project performance as mandated by CPUC. Monitor and document completion of all Clean Energy projects. Act as the lead for training new members of the team on reporting and use of databases. Helps develop new tools to improve efficiency of data collection (SharePoint, PowerBI, etc.). Contributes to the refinement of existing processes and procedures that contributes to the achievement of the organization’s Clean Energy goals. Support Project Management team with ad-hoc requests regarding strategic program and financial planning, including forecasts, outlooks, scenario analysis, and presentations. Ability to build and foster working relationships with cross-organization program Teams. Proactive; drives actions to resolve issues. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in applicable profession, business, or technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. 5+ years performing Data Analysis. 2+ years using advanced Microsoft Excel (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, Macros, and Index/Match). Skilled in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Project, Power Point, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Visio). Experience creating dashboards with SAS – Viya, Power BI, Tableau or similar. Ability to create database queries. Proficient with MS Access, SAP, and Ariba preferred. Experience in a project management organization preferred. Experience setting up and managing collaboration tools for project teams (SharePoint, Teams, Planner, etc) preferred. Electric utility experience preferred. The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $105,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicants qualifications, education, experience and work location. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in applicable profession, business, or technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 5+ years performing Data Analysis.
