About The Position

L3Harris in San Diego, CA is seeking an experienced Power Supply Design Engineer with a strong background in analog circuit design with emphasis on DC-DC Switched Mode power supply design and development to work on Telemetry and RF products. This requirement includes Fly back and Feed forward DC-DC converter design capabilities with low noise and high efficiency. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in analog circuit design, specifically in power supply design.
• Strong knowledge of DC-DC converter topologies, including Fly back and Feed forward designs.
• Experience with simulation tools for circuit design and analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with RF power supply design.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to power supply design.
• Knowledge of EMI/EMC considerations in power supply design.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop DC-DC switched mode power supplies for telemetry and RF products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate power supply designs into systems.
• Conduct testing and validation of power supply designs to ensure performance and reliability.
