About The Position

The purpose of this job is to analyze parking lot needs and facilitate repairs for company locations within the U.S. and Canada.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent certificate required
• Minimum five years’ paving industry experience required
• Minimum five years’ project management experience required
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze and assess project without overestimating project costs
• Ability to negotiate
• Ability to prioritize time, multitask, and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to be consistent and reliable
• Ability to collaborate with other team members and departments
• Travel required less than 25%
• General office work requiring sitting or standing for long periods of time
• Work long hours including weekends
• Lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Exposure to inclement weather
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and crawl
• Climb ladders

Responsibilities

• Identify parking lot repair needs and determine the scope of work; estimate, compare, and negotiate contracts and pricing
• Collaborate with leadership on capital and facility maintenance budgets
• Allocate budgetary funds to ensure financial ability to cover new or changing project costs
• Manage and coordinate contractors to ensure project completion; follow-up on any deficiencies
• Collaborate with store and above store management to schedule projects
• Review project pictures to ensure contract agreements are met; collaborate with Regional Maintenance Manager to resolve discrepancies
• Ensure contractors are held accountable for quoted and agreed upon pricing
• Coordinate miscellaneous projects (e.g., roads, concrete for bollards, tank top repairs)
• Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
• Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
• Complete other duties as assigned
