As a Sr. Specialist Network Process & Quality, you will be responsible for leading network performance by analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing quality management programs and process improvements, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. An experienced professional with in-depth knowledge, applying organizational practices to resolve moderately difficult problems. Works with independent judgement on expansive projects with minimal supervision, implementing policy changes to improve functions. Actions impact efficiency costs, schedules and client relationships. Interacts primarily within the department and with General Managers and above across various teams. Analyzes and develops process improvements, manages multiple smaller projects, and oversees extensive cross-organizational projects. Ensures quality standards, reviews deliverables, documents lessons learned and conducts project closure activities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ related experience.
  • Certification is required in some areas.

Responsibilities

  • Quality Management and Process Improvement: Develop, implement, and oversee quality management programs and continuously improve network processes to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze network performance data, identify root causes of problems, and construct reports to illustrate process trends and improvements.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure all network activities comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies, developing and enforcing network standards and protocols.
  • Technical Support and Training: Provide technical support, develop, and implement training programs, and write/edit technical manuals to support quality and process improvement initiatives.
  • Program Management and Performance Monitoring: Lead network support programs and initiatives, monitor key performance indicators, develop network metrics, and report on performance and compliance to senior management.
