The Aerojet Rocketdyne Segment of L3Harris Technologies has an immediate need for an Operations Integrator at our Advanced Manufacturing Facility - North (AMF) located in Huntsville, Alabama. In this role, you will lead and represent the Operations team across multiple sites in developing and executing operational and transition plans for production programs. This role will be the primary interface with key program and site team members to ensure alignment of Operations and Program objectives across multiple sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior operations management experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior operations management experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior operations management experience.
• 3 years manufacturing experience, ideally in aerospace and defense.

Nice To Haves

• Strong written and verbal communication skills across MS Office Suite.
• Ability to analyze, evaluate and develop solutions to technical problems with minimum supervision.
• Knowledge of project management.
• Presentation skills (creating and delivery).
• Experience with composite manufacturing in the aerospace industry.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership - creating plans to integrate several cross-functional groups such as manufacturing engineering, tool engineering/design, and manufacturing operations so that products can be developed and delivered per schedule and budget targets.
• Influencing and aligning expectations and execution of program and operations team's objectives.
• Developing relationships with cross-functional teams, often times across multiple sites.
• Ability to remain collected and manage expectations in a manufacturing environment across multiple levels of leadership.
• Establish and oversee program plans for the operations site teams to successfully execute the program requirements relative to schedule, cost, and performance/quality.
• This will include hardware manufacturing, tool design and fabrication, staffing, process development, and facility needs.
• Interface with program teams members and customers to ensure the program needs and site plans are in alignment.
• Develop recovery plans when issues arise and coordinate applicable corrective actions.
• Work special projects as assigned and recommend improvements to key processes that would improve the overall flow of the site's products.
