You will play a vital role in ensuring that BNSF selects top talent through accurate and reliable testing methods including overseeing validation studies to maintain the highest standards of accuracy, reliability and legal defensibility. You will also be responsible for helping assess and drive change in BNSFs culture by managing BNSFs employee insight process, including new hire, engagement, and exit surveys. This also includes analyzing and presenting data and insights to senior leaders to help us make informed decisions and take meaningful action.
