About The Position
As a Sr Specialist Lead at Munson Healthcare, you will lead all Medical Staff Office functions for Munson Medical Center, which is the tertiary care center in MHC's 7-hospital system. This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid position, allowing you to work remotely when not required on campus. You will demonstrate your versatility in a diverse, multifaceted role that collaborates with key departments and administrators around the hospital and across the healthcare system. You will partner with an engaged group of medical staff leaders to drive initiatives, improvements, and medical staff governance functions. Additionally, you will serve as the key Medical Staff Office contact for the local Chief Medical Officer, local medical staff leadership, committees, sections, and departments, providing MSO resources for continuity of medical staff organization activities. You will also participate in other hospital committees as appropriate and be responsible for all local medical staff office related duties, including working closely with the system credentialing office regarding initial appointments and provider reappointments.
