About The Position

L3Harris is a world-recognized aerospace and defense leader providing propulsion and energetics to its space, missile defense, strategic, tactical missile and armaments customers throughout domestic and international markets. We offer a complete line of propulsion products for launch vehicles, missile defense, and advanced hypersonic propulsion. We are seeking an Sr. IT Security specialist to be the primary interface between IT development and the business. The main job function will support the existing Oracle Enterprise Business Suite (EBS) production footprint, design enhancements, and improve systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong proficiency in relational database configuration and management.
  • Relevant experience with EBS Oracle Applications configuring Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools like OID and OAM, designing role-based access controls (RBAC), managing Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance, conducting security audits, and implementing security patches.
  • Business experience with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Inventory, Planning, Shipping, or Receiving.
  • Experience with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), SAP Central Finance (CFIN), and SAP Ariba.
  • Ability to work with and collaborate with all levels of business users within the organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, including public speaking.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Provide functional/technical expertise along with Outsourcing oversight for Oracle ERP and AR business processes utilizing Oracle Modules and processes (Finance, H.R., Quality, Procurement, iSupplier, Mobile Supply Chain Application, Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Inventory, Bill of Materials, and Work in Process)
  • Create, modify, and manage custom roles and responsibilities.
  • Develop security models that align with business processes.
  • Analyze and resolve conflicts in security roles and permissions.
  • Monitor and review security logs for unauthorized access or unusual activity.
  • Prepare for internal and external audits (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Generate audit reports on user access, role assignments, and access changes.
  • Implement SoD policies and run regular reviews.
  • Use tools (e.g., Oracle GRC, Fastpath, or custom scripts) to identify SoD violations.
  • Collaborate with business units to remediate SoD conflicts.
  • Ensure security practices are compliant with corporate and regulatory standards.
  • Document security configurations, policies, and procedures.
  • Stay updated on Oracle security patches, advisories, and compliance requirements.
