The Maritime Sector is looking for a HR Business Partner to support multiple functional discipline teams and will provide support for a matrixed, geographically dispersed population across the U.S. In this role you will drive business results by understanding the client area's strategic plans and initiatives to provide value added recommendations. You will partner with all levels of leadership from front-line supervisors to senior leaders, as well as the overall employee population. This onsite role will report to the Functional HR Director. The selected candidate will be instrumental in ensuring effective workforce utilization to achieve organizational goals and will analyze workforce data to identify trends and forecast staffing needs. You will also ensure compliance and provide guidance and support to management on employee relations issues and will develop and implement innovative strategies to attract top talent and retain high-performing employees.
