About The Position

Overall Purpose: Conduct moderately complex financial analysis to ensure accurate forecasting, strategic planning, and data-driven recommendations, aiming to achieve and optimize organizational financial objectives.

Requirements

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with financial planning, reporting, analysis, and budget management.
• Strong interpersonal skills for supporting partners.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience (five or more years).
• Ability to work independently to meet objectives.
• Ability to evaluate data and effectively communicate results and recommendations to both peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and make recommendations on financial projects or programs.
• Gather, interpret, and evaluate financial information.
• Analyze and interpret financial and other data to develop recommendations that achieve the organization's financial objectives.
• Determine the financial consequences of alternative methods, plans, and strategies.
• Evaluate financial performance, including cost or budget administration.
• Develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
• Create and maintain key dashboard metrics.
• Perform additional tasks as required, including ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing data security and conducting audits.
