About The Position

This specific role will focus on processing standard and non-standard Small Business, Secured and Guaranteed credit card applications. In addition to these items, this role will also be required to take incoming and make outgoing calls in regard to credit related requests.

Requirements

• Strong decision making skills.
• The ability to work with confidential information.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Basic PC skills.
• Prior exposure/experience with credit card highly desired.
• Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Process standard and non-standard Small Business, Secured and Guaranteed credit applications according to department policies and guidelines.
• Maintain the department's standard Decision and Procedure Accuracy Rating for Credit Underwriter.
• Maintain the department's Productivity Standard for Credit Underwriter.
• Responsible for Professional Behavior and Working Relationships.
• Understand and adhere to all policies, laws and regulations applicable to this role.
• Adhere to the banks BSA/AML program, which includes, but is not limited to the customer identification program, customer due diligence policy and completing all BSA/AML training in a timely manner.
• Adhere to the procedures, guidelines, and expectations for working remotely as outlined by Human Resources and agreed upon with your Manager.
