Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
  • Ability to obtain US Secret Clearance which requires US Citizenship.
  • Must have prior Configuration and Data Management experience.
  • Experience supporting proposals and proposal cost estimates for Configuration and Data Management.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with TeamCenter PLM is a plus.
  • SAP Preferable to have 2+ years of experience of configuration management experience.
  • CM Certification.

Responsibilities

  • Review Configuration Management and Data Management Plans.
  • Provide guidance and ensure that all documents are reviewed and comply with the Program Documentation Standard based on internal and contractual requirements.
  • Review Configuration and approve/reject all formal program documentation.
  • Ensure that all CDRLs and SDRLs are delivered on time by CM/DM personnel, are controlled in the CDM database and delivered in accordance with the contract.
  • Ensure that all CDRLs and SDRLs are received and dispersed to the proper reviewers in a timely manner.
  • Ensure CM/DM personnel have program users assigned data item responsibility and they are notified when items are due.
  • Create Configuration Status Accounting reports for the program.
  • Participate in Pre-Testing and Pre-Delivery Audits, including FCAs/PCAs if required by the contract.
  • Ensure program level Configuration Control Boards are established.
  • Review formal configuration management baselines and process potential changes to those baselines.
  • Report on CDRL and/or SDRL deliveries on a monthly basis to L3Harris management who review on-time delivery metrics.
