About The Position

The L3Harrs Global Business Services ARIBA Center of Excellence (COE) is seeking a talented, detail-oriented, experienced lead with strong supply chain and indirect procurement experience to own the compliance (including audit support), policy review and changes, system enhancement input and review, and transaction approval monitoring for our ARIBA tool and workflow. Essential Functions: Indirect Compliance Lead Work closely with the Supply Chain, Legal, Trade Compliance and GBS organizations to streamline and harmonize  indirect procurement policies and procedures Ensure all indirect procurement workflow/process changs remain policy-compliant Monitor overall indirect purchase compliance, including Work with category management for catalog supplier activity Identify and provide training to non-compliant system users Ariba Audit Primary Lead Represent team for DCAA audits Represent team for Internal audits Perform ARIBA process walk-throughs Support documentation and ARIBA data requests Perform root cause analysis and create/own action completion Ariba Business Process Owner Prioritize system enhancements determined by risk level Perform testing and lead cross-functional testing of system updates Communicate/train business units on system updates/enhancements Ariba Approver Node Owner Own executive approval nodes to prevent unnecessary escalations Monitor users in each system role Identify and create new approver nodes, as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of related experience in Supply Chain, Audit Support, Policy Review, or Supplier Communications.
  • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience in Supply Chain, Audit Support, Policy Review, or Supplier Communications.
