Responsible for driving sales skills improvement by leveraging competitive knowledge into discovery, positioning, and handling objections. This self-starter thrives on bringing fresh concepts and ideas to their work and excels in partnering with stakeholders to gain agreement on competitive approaches. This role is part of the Sales Effectiveness Team and is responsible for driving sales skill proficiency and mastery across our residential sales channels.

Requirements

  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for exploring new ideas, technologies, and trends in content marketing and storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5-7 Years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the creation and implementation of sales enablement materials that strengthen sales skills around Company products, services and promotions.
  • Develops and implements sales enablement tactics that align with business objectives and promote competitive initiatives.
  • Integrates competitive differentiators, opportunities, and threats into sales skills development programs, such as discovery, positioning, and handling objections.
  • Designs and delivers competitive content via training decks, job aids, and other internal materials.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for competitive initiatives.
  • Manages multiple competing priorities within tight deadlines, ensuring timely and effective delivery of competitive projects.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
