About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Specialist, Business Innovation to join the Americas Business Innovation and Strategic Programs team. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful build, test, and launch of pilots and programs that originate from the team. The ideal candidate will need to flex between structured program rigor and creative ambiguity. The candidate must possess well-rounded skills in strategic thinking, design, project management, communication, data analysis, and business acumen. This person will manage programs through development and launch, which includes ideation/concept creation, testing, validation, and helping build a GTM strategy while also contributing to the iterative design process. This person will report directly to the leader of the Program Development and Go-to-Market Strategy team under the Americas Business Innovation and Strategic Programs team. This role requires a business-savvy entrepreneurial mindset, customer-centricity focus and an outcomes-driven approach.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years' relevant work experience, preferably focused on business innovation, design thinking, marketing, operations, program management, or product management.
• Experience conceptualizing, planning, and executing on program build from ideation to launch.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills, with ability to influence stakeholders cross-functionally in a globally matrixed organization.
• Knowledge of or desire to learn the orthodontics and dentistry industry.

Responsibilities

• Represent stakeholder perspectives for all Business Innovation and Strategic Programs pilots by analyzing needs, developing a thoughtful pilot test approach, and identifying and presenting appropriate recommendations to improve pilot programs.
• Create compelling presentations to clearly convey business cases, pilot approach, status and actions needed with and to stakeholders.
• Remain up to date with industry trends to discover opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Participate in the ongoing testing of new ideas that have reached pilot stage within the Business Innovation & Strategic Partnerships team.
• Gather input and feedback by facilitating meetings and workshops for internal and external stakeholders.
• Examine data and metrics to assess success and detect possibilities for enhancement.
• Seek continual feedback from internal and external customers on the effectiveness of pilots and supporting materials, adjusting as required.
• Prepare and launch programs externally from Business Innovation and Strategic Programs team, working cross-functionally to involve all stakeholders.
• Support and equip our field team with necessary tools to successfully launch programs.
• Accelerate adoption by developing and implementing education and training strategies.
• Constantly iterate and improve existing processes.
• Build relationships throughout the organization to support your focus areas.
• Learn the business: understand what success looks like for our customers, patients, and internal groups and infuse those learnings into your focus areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
