Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years prior Palantir experience or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior Palantir experience.
• In lieu of degree, minimum 10 years of prior Palantir experience.
• Requires current CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Requires active TS/SCI with poly clearance.
• 4 years' experience with Linux system administration or similar.
• 4 years' experience with Web/Application Server Management.
• 2 years' experience with Oracle Agile PLM and PTC Windchill.
• 1 year experience with Database Management.
• 1 year experience with Networking.
• 1 year experience with Security.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year experience using Backup and Recovery methods.
• Knowledge of backup and recovery strategies for Linux servers, Oracle Agile PLM software, PTC Windchill software, Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL Server, and Hypervisors such as VMWare ESXI.
• Experience with tools and scripts for automating backup processes.
• 1 year experience performing Integration and Customization activities.
• Understanding of PLM software APIs and integration points.
• Basic and Working Knowledge of Oracle Java Custom Code Deployment and Configuration.
• Java (JARs and WARs) Custom Code Deployment and Configuration.
• Oracle Database (Schema and PL/SQL) Managing and Administering REST API endpoints.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions including Oracle Agile PLM and PTC Windchill.
• Install, configure, and upgrade the PLM solution software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any system issues that arise.
• Monitor solution performance and implement security measures.
• Ensure data integrity and backup procedures are in place.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the PLM solutions provide required business capabilities.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and policies.
• Use basic project management skills to handle PLM-related projects and tasks.
• Coordinate PLM Solution testing efforts and manage planned and unplanned system outages.
