About The Position

The Senior Specialist, Business / Technology Analysis supports high‑impact initiatives within Integrated Account Management (IAM) and US Vaccines Analytics for our Company's Global Human Health US Market. This role is business and technology delivery focused, translating business needs into implementable technology solutions and partnering closely with delivery teams to drive execution. Operating at the Senior Specialist (P3) level, this role requires independent ownership, strong analytical rigor, and the ability to influence outcomes across business, IT, and vendor teams while delivering reliable, measurable value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience delivering technology solutions in an IT, product, or technology analysis role.
  • Proven experience producing high‑quality artifacts such as business requirements, user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Hands‑on experience with data analysis, including collecting, validating, synthesizing, and translating data into actionable insights.
  • Experience developing reports using data visualization software.
  • Technical experience with: AWS (e.g., S3, Redshift) and cloud design principles Oracle and ETL/data integration tools HTML and web‑based technologies
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting pharmaceutical contracting, sales, marketing, or commercial analytics.
  • Experience with data visualization software, Databricks, or advanced analytics platforms.
  • Agile delivery experience; proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
  • Working knowledge of Python, Node.js, or React to effectively partner with engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, or CI/CD practices.
  • Exposure to and use of artificial intelligence and generative AI in business analytics, reporting, or decision‑support contexts.
  • Familiarity with evaluating and adopting enterprise AI capabilities in alignment with data privacy, security, and governance requirements.
  • Ability to review AI‑generated outputs for relevance and quality and incorporate results into business or technology workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver technology solutions that support contracting, sales, and analytics outcomes across IAM and US Vaccines.
  • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, functional specifications, and implementation‑ready user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, quantify impact, validate assumptions, and inform solution design and prioritization.
  • Build and enhance data‑driven applications, analytics, and reporting solutions aligned to business needs.
  • Develop and deliver reports using data visualization software to communicate insights and support decision‑making.
  • Partner with engineers, architects, and vendors to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Own delivery execution across the lifecycle, including backlog refinement, design reviews, build coordination, testing, release readiness, and post‑release stabilization.
  • Define and track success metrics (quality, performance, adoption, business value) and drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as a point of coordination for cross‑platform dependencies, issue resolution, and escalations.
