  • Act as owner's representative on major capital projects.
  • Liaise between senior leadership, departmental representatives, and project teams.
  • Coordinate property management and maintenance for Patient Service Centers (PSCs).
  • Attend meetings for lease management and future planning.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory processes and requests for information.
  • Manage the creation and communication of a facilities master plan.
  • Oversee operational readiness for the expansion of PSCs.
  • Provide oversight for multiple projects to achieve business goals.
  • Evaluate requests for renovation, relocation, or improved use of existing space.
  • Prepare program documentation and reports for client approval.
  • Assist in leading operational logistics for new PSCs.
  • Consult with architects and contractors regarding building codes and regulations.
  • Manage asset procurement and inventory for PSC equipment.
  • Represent Phlebotomy on safety committees and ambulatory councils.
  • Lead special projects as directed by leadership.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Facilities Planning, Interior Design, or Strategic Planning.
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Health care or higher education experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead change and engage teams.
  • Experience in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Ability to use data to drive performance improvement.
  • Experience using Lean for performance improvement.
  • Reliable transportation for off-site visits and meetings.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in healthcare facility management.
