About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sourcing Specialist to support a high-impact global sourcing initiative focused on Marketing Services procurement. This role will partner closely with regional sourcing teams, marketing category stakeholders, and a centralized sourcing COE to drive supplier optimization, cost transparency, and strategic alignment across a complex, global supply base. This is an immediate need and an excellent opportunity to work within a highly visible procurement organization supporting enterprise-wide initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sourcing and procurement, with a strong focus on Marketing Services
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
• Background in purchasing, sourcing, or managing marketing services
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with global, cross-functional teams
• Self-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Conducting a detailed review and analysis of the current Marketing Services supplier base
• Analyzing supplier activities, services, geographic capabilities, and concentration risk
• Evaluating supplier alignment with sustainability, supplier inclusion, and key business objectives
• Supporting rate card and service cost negotiations
• Developing and maintaining consolidated global rate cards by marketing service category
• Segmenting suppliers and supporting agreed-upon supplier deactivations
• Finalizing preferred supplier lists by market and/or region
• Coordinating sourcing team inputs for bi-weekly and monthly project update meetings
• Extracting, tracking, and reporting realized sourcing savings
• Supporting the creation and maintenance of supplier governance documentation
• Reviewing purchase order data to improve descriptions and purchasing category accuracy
