Vendor management is another key responsibility, where the analyst will coordinate with stakeholders on various vendor management activities, including onboarding, renewal, and termination processes. They will orchestrate vendor risk assessments and lead the identification of cost savings or value creation opportunities within existing vendor relationships. Additionally, the analyst will engage in category management by leading market or industry trend analysis to uncover potential savings opportunities and strategizing with business stakeholders to ensure alignment on procurement strategies and initiatives. Participation in ESG initiatives, including Supplier Diversity and Sustainability, is also a significant aspect of this role.
