The Professional Services team for NA SMB & Partner Growth supports pitching PayPal's payments, onboarding, and payouts capabilities to major North American channel partners, including Shopify, BigCommerce, Adobe/Magento, Salesforce, GoDaddy, Intuit, and several Vertical SaaS platforms. Collaborating with Sales, you'll leverage business acumen to support technical pre-sales processes through negotiations and solution development, while using technical expertise to lead technical design for these high-volume customers. This role will focus on supporting several Vertical SaaS Platforms, with a strong emphasis on technical solution selling and developing a standardized, vertical-specific knowledge base and best practices. The successful candidate will play a key role in building repeatable solutions and frameworks tailored for leading vertical SaaS partners, ensuring the team is equipped to address their unique solution requirements, integration, and growth needs.
