As a Senior Solutions Engineer at XiFin you will be part of a high-performing team of engineering professionals reporting directly to the SVP, Chief Software Architect. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in designing and building scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems and work cross-functionally with departments across XiFin.   • Defines and documents the solution architecture through an architecture description document, an architecture decisions log, and a requirements/constraints traceability matrix to communicate the value proposition of the business solutions
  • Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and business needs.
  • Work with XiFin Product managers, domain architects and engineers to develop modern, high-performing, cloud-native software architectures.
  • Assist in designing and implementing integration solutions between customer systems and internal platforms.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to translate customer requirements into technical specifications.
  • Support API integrations, data migrations, and connectivity solutions.
  • Provide technical support during the implementation and post-deployment phases.
  • Document integration processes, best practices, and solution blueprints.
  • Participate in feasibility studies, proof-of-concepts, and technology assessments.
  • Stay up to date with emerging integration technologies and industry trends.
  • Help troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating relevant insights into the architecture strategy.
  • Drive innovation by leveraging new technologies to enhance Xifin’s product offerings and technical capabilities.
  • Development of enterprise architectural patterns that define best practices for software design and development as well as recommended use of enterprise technologies and services.
  • Create high-quality, production-ready code in various languages and frameworks such as Java and Spring.
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong experience with software development, API integrations, or system design.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and data exchange formats (JSON, XML).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a customer-facing technical role.
  • Experience with middleware, enterprise integration patterns, or workflow automation.
  • Exposure to authentication and security protocols (OAuth, SAML, JWT).
  • Understanding of database concepts and data transformation techniques.
  • 8+ years of recent experience with hands-on coding in various domain specific areas (i.e., coding languages such as JAVA, Spring Boot, .NET, C#, Python, SQL).
  • 5+ years analyzing business, technical requirements and data and working with project leadership to formulate application architectures and plans for execution.
  • Solution design skills and understanding enterprise scalable architecture design principles.
  • Experience in full lifecycle system development: architecture, design, building, testing, deployment, upgrade, and support.
  • Proven planning skills and the ability to work with limited supervision.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop modern, cloud-native architectures for real-time clearing house, SaaS-based products.
