Job Overview This role supports business sales by providing technical expertise to design and recommend solutions that address customer needs and challenges. It involves engaging in pre-sales activities including consulting on customer opportunities and delivering technical presentations and demonstrations. The role requires maintaining expert knowledge of wireless network technologies, devices, and value-added solutions to inform sales strategies. Success is measured by the ability to effectively support sales processes, facilitate coverage analysis, and contribute to customer satisfaction. The work impacts the organization by enabling tailored solutions that enhance customer experience and support business growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experienceOR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • 7-10 years - Related Work Experience
  • Technical Leadership (Required)
  • Communication Excellent oral and written communications; strong interpersonal skills. (Required)
  • Technical Presentations Ability to create and deliver technical presentations (Required)
  • Applications Proficiency with business application software. (Required)
  • Strategic Leadership Ability to provide strategic direction (Required)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Travel Required (Yes/No): Yes

Nice To Haves

  • Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field (Preferred)
  • Certification: Industry Standard (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer meetings to present technical solutions and support sales engagements with clear communication
  • Conduct wireless network coverage analysis to identify opportunities and optimize solution design for customers
  • Assist in processing in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility and customer satisfaction
  • Design, architect, and recommend tailored solutions that align with customer business needs and technical requirements
  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and industry trends to support sales teams
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
