Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a Solutions Consultant or Analyst at an enterprise SaaS company.
  • Genuinely curious about how social and data can solve business problems.
  • Skilled at translating complex technical concepts into simple, relatable ideas for non-technical audiences.
  • Experienced in pushing the limits of SaaS products to deliver unique solutions.
  • Obsessed with finding alternative solutions and understanding the value in saying 'no.'
  • Comfortable fielding unexpected questions and engaging in ideation and execution discussions with marketing leaders.
  • Confident leading meetings and presentations in front of large groups.
  • Highly collaborative and effective in competitive enterprise sales environments.
  • A writer of inspiring and detailed scopes of work.
  • A quick learner of new technologies and their value propositions.
  • Energized by high-speed, high-pressure, high-impact environments.
  • Exceptional at managing your time and priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the digital consumer intelligence sector, including social media, marketing automation, data integration, market research, attribution, and consumer or market insights.
  • Experience in sales environments, product marketing/management, implementation, or marketing technology operations.
  • Brand or agency-side experience in consumer intelligence.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively uncover client needs and pain points through deep discovery, building use-case–driven configurations tailored to prospects’ needs.
  • Create customized demonstrations for diverse audiences such as CMOs, data scientists, market research analysts, and social media managers.
  • Solve problems with curiosity, creativity, and a proactive mindset.
  • Collaborate with sales team leads to uncover real stories and insights in the data for clients and prospects.
  • Introduce cutting-edge social analytics techniques to showcase how Brandwatch can solve prospects’ challenges, including demonstrating features from the product roadmap still in beta.
  • Contribute technical knowledge to RFx opportunities and our internal knowledge database.
  • Communicate feedback to product teams and create feature requests as part of the product stakeholder process.
  • Serve as the technical lead and owner of technical deal strategy.
  • Continuously seek ways to maximize efficiency in the technical sales process and support sales results across multiple teams and verticals.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, partner technologies, and the latest Brandwatch updates and configuration techniques.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Professional Services teams to ensure a stellar onboarding and client experience.
