About The Position
As Sr. Solutions Architect III (Artificial Intelligence), you’ll lead with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in architecting, designing, building, and maintaining robust and scalable AI solutions. The successful candidate will lead a team of full stack software, data, and AI/ML engineers and play a critical hands-on role in architecting, deploying, and managing AI solutions to generate insights and increase the value of data flowing through our customer’s modern data exchange capability. Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a AI Architect, Lead or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in an IT field, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
- Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a CI Poly.
- Expert-level hands-on experience architecting, designing, implementing, and maintaining highly available, scalable, and secure AI solutions in the cloud at IL6+.
- Proficiency in AWS with a deep understanding of cloud services at IL6+.
- Strong experience with architecting, designing, implementing, and maintaining AI solutions involving methods such as generative AI, RAG, NLP, deep learning, and LLMs.
- Expert level hands-on experience with designing and developing DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Expert level hands-on experience with one or more of the following languages: Go, Python, Java, JavaScript.
- Strong experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Strong experience leading, managing, and mentoring a “two pizza team” of full stack engineers responsible for component implementation, testing, and automated CI/CD.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex system issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, development, and deployment of AI components and services
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, tools, and frameworks to optimize AI solution performance, security, and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes, enabling rapid and reliable software delivery.
- Monitor AI solution performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively optimize systems for maximum efficiency.
- Drive security best practices throughout the AI solution portfolio, implementing measures to safeguard data, applications, and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues to minimize downtime.
