About The Position

As a Sr. Solutions Architect III (Artificial Intelligence), you’ll lead with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in architecting, designing, building, and maintaining robust and scalable AI solutions. The successful candidate will lead a team of full stack software, data, and AI/ML engineers and play a critical hands-on role in architecting, deploying, and managing AI solutions to generate insights and increase the value of data flowing through our customer’s modern data exchange capability. Requirements

  • Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field, or equivalent experience can be substituted.
  • 10 years of experience as an AI Architect, Technical Lead, or similar role, where you have been leading, managing, and mentoring a “two pizza team” of full stack engineers responsible for component implementation, testing, and automated CI/CD.
  • Strong experience architecting, designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and secure AI solutions in the cloud (AWS, Azure) at IL6+, involving methods such as generative AI (GenAI), RAG, NLP, deep learning, and LLMs.
  • Strong experience with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras).
  • Expert level hands-on experience with designing and developing CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitLab, Jenkins, or similar) in a DevSecOps environment.
  • Expert level hands-on experience with one or more of the following languages: Go, Python, Java, JavaScript.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to resolve complex system issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the program's architecture, design, implementation, and deployment of AI components and services.
  • Lead the program's AI solutioning conversations with the customer, being at the forefront of emerging government technology.
  • Drive security best practices throughout the AI solution portfolio, implementing measures to safeguard data, applications, and services.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, tools, and frameworks to optimize AI solution performance, security, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor AI solution performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively optimize systems for maximum efficiency.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes, enabling rapid and reliable software delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues to minimize downtime.
