You'll design and architect scalable solutions, assess customer workloads, and make technical trade-offs while building long-term trusted advisor relationships. You'll leverage your expertise across multiple technology domains including compute, networking, storage, security, and software development to guide implementations and research innovative opportunities. With entrepreneurial freedom and the ability to manage your own priorities, you'll help customers solve real-world problems with meaningful impact. This role supports US-FSI-Insurance, working with customers in the financial services and insurance industry to help them transform their business through cloud technology. Our team combines deep industry knowledge with technical expertise to address the unique challenges of regulated financial institutions. We're focused on enabling innovation, operational efficiency, and digital transformation while ensuring security and compliance. Requirements

  • 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
  • 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
  • 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience
  • Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
  • Experience with presentations and speaking with executives, IT, management, and developers
  • Experience working with end user or developer communities
  • Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud

  • Agentic AI expertise - Experience designing and implementing AI agent architectures, multi-agent systems, and autonomous AI workflows
  • Developer Tools proficiency - Deep understanding of modern development toolchains, CI/CD pipelines, and developer experience optimization
  • SDLC mastery - Strong experience across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment and operations

Responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Architecture Design and architect end-to-end cloud solutions for complex customer requirements, making technical trade-offs and evaluating architectures for scale while ensuring solutions are extensible, reusable, secure, reliable, cost-optimized, and performant.
  • Executive Relationship Management Build and maintain relationships with customer senior leaders, understanding their business objectives and technical challenges to influence strategic direction and ensure technology decisions will meet long-term business outcomes. Demonstrated C-suite engagement required, with proven ability to establish credibility and drive strategic technical discussions at the executive level.
  • Technical Communication & Thought Leadership Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences, creating technical content that is easily adopted and reusable by others while harmonizing discordant views to build consensus.
  • Technical Leadership & Deep Dives Lead technical discussions and dive deeply into technical details with customer teams across application architecture, system design, and implementation considerations, proactively identifying gaps and opportunities.
  • Customer Advocacy & Product Influence Drive effective customer feedback gathering, distilling and translating feedback into clear business and technical requirements for product and engineering teams while contributing to reference designs and reusable artifacts.
