About The Position

We are currently seeking a Tech Sales Solutions Strategic Advisor to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pre-Sales and Solution Leader to drive smart manufacturing transformation initiatives for our enterprise clients. This role is responsible for defining and delivering outcome-based solutions that leverage Industry 4.0 technologies to modernize operations, improve efficiency, and unlock business value. You will lead solution strategy, client engagement, and technical orchestration for large, complex transformation deals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Systems, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting roles.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale transformation deals ($10M+).
  • Deep understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies and smart factory ecosystems.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and deployment of smart factory solutions using IoT, AI/ML, digital twins, MES, and cloud platforms.
  • Oversee implementation planning, risk mitigation, and value realization.
  • Architect scalable, modular solutions aligned with client-specific goals and industry best practices.
  • Ensure seamless integration across ERP, MES, PLM, SCADA, and other enterprise systems.
  • Define solutions tied to measurable business outcomes such as OEE improvement, cost reduction, and sustainability.
  • Build ROI models and business cases to support client investment decisions.
  • Lead solutioning for RFPs, proactive pursuits, and strategic deals.
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery, and product teams to craft compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, guiding them through digital transformation journeys.
  • Conduct workshops, assessments, and innovation sessions to shape client roadmaps.
  • Partner with engineering, delivery, and ecosystem partners to ensure solution feasibility and successful execution.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in smart manufacturing.
  • Contribute to the development of reusable assets, accelerators, and reference architectures.
