About The Position

Architect scalable, modular solutions aligned with client-specific goals and industry best practices. Ensure seamless integration across ERP, MES, PLM, SCADA, and other enterprise systems. Build ROI models and business cases to support client investment decisions. Partner with engineering, delivery, and ecosystem partners to ensure solution feasibility and successful execution. Lead solutioning for RFPs, proactive pursuits, and strategic deals. Collaborate with sales, delivery, and product teams to craft compelling proposals and presentations. Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in smart manufacturing. Contribute to the development of reusable assets, accelerators, and reference architectures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting roles.
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation deals ($10M+).
• Deep understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies and smart factory ecosystems.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
