About The Position

The Sr. Solution Architect at Xerox is responsible for supporting new business pursuits and implementing newly won contracts. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their requirements and configuring tailored Xerox solutions across various technology platforms, including document processing, AI, and RPA. The architect will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design comprehensive solutions, manage costs, and ensure compliance with corporate governance processes.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in business analysis, document imaging technology, or related fields.
• Experience managing or implementing multi-channel communications solutions.
• Knowledge of document imaging and processing technologies.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent Microsoft M365 application skills.

Nice To Haves

• Prince II / PMP certification and familiarity with project management techniques.
• Microsoft certifications.

Responsibilities

• Map and understand client document workflows, analyze client data, identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Assist with the preparation and delivery of service contract proposals, bids, and tenders.
• Establish customer requirements for a solution and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Take responsibility for all components input to solution design and qualification meetings.
• Define the approach to solution development, controlling scope and the work of the solution design team.
• Design innovative solutions and manage the work of different specialists and partners.
• Proactively share knowledge with colleagues and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the development of Solution Architect expertise and methodologies within Xerox.
