About The Position

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Workday implementations.
Experience in one or more Workday modules (e.g., Recruiting, HCM, Compensation, Payroll).
Strong background in system design, configuration, and implementation.
Knowledge of data integration and mapping techniques.
Familiarity with industry best practices and Workday configuration standards.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven project management abilities.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements.

Responsibilities

Understand client business processes and requirements to design a tailored Workday solution.
Develop a comprehensive Workday architecture including module selection, data mapping, and integrations.
