As a Senior Journey Architect for Cloud - AI, Data & Analytics, you will be 100% dedicated to supporting clients through transformational cloud journeys, with a primary focus on Microsoft and Azure-based architectures. You will help drive strategic outcomes across traditional datacenters, hybrid cloud environments, and modern, cloud-native solutions. Your role is to serve as a trusted technical advisor—designing scalable, secure, and data-driven solutions that accelerate adoption of AI services, advanced analytics, and modern data platforms. While your expertise in Microsoft technologies will anchor your approach, experience across AWS and Google Cloud is equally valuable, as Softchoice engages clients with diverse multi-cloud needs.

  • Showcase your growth mindset by seeking to understand our customers' business challenges first and then designing a solution that best achieves the end goal.
  • Collaborate with Professional Services engineers and other Journey Architects to develop complex solutions across multiple platforms and technologies.
  • Bring people together by acting as a bridge between our sales team and our customers. Share up-to-date insights on the latest productivity solutions from Amazon.
  • Formulate creative approaches to address business challenges, present and host workshops with business leaders and translate technical jargon into layman's language.
  • Challenge customers by using your skills, insight, and experience to help our customers see what it takes to do the right things versus simply doing things right.
  • Create an excellent experience for our customers and your internal stakeholders with adaptable communications skills that foster a collaborative environment.
  • Document the agreed-upon solution through well-written, thoughtful, and detailed proposals that lead to statements of work.
  • Technical background with 7+ years of industry experience.
  • Strong technical expertise in AI, data & analytics technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and data warehousing solutions.
  • Familiarity with large language models and their potential applications in various business contexts.
  • Comfortable working with engineering teams to develop solutions in various technology areas.
  • 5+ years of presales experience in Data Technologies across Azure, AWS, & Google.
  • 5+ years of presales experience in AI and Machine Learning Technologies across Azure, AWS, & Google.
  • Experience with Cloud-based Analytics platforms like Power BI, Looker, Tableau, Snowflake.
  • Experience with Cloud and Infrastructure across Azure, AWS, & Google.
  • Understanding of business transformation concepts and strategies.
  • Knowledge of cloud security.
  • Formal sales training or Account Management experience.
