The Sr. Solution Architect- AI plays a critical role in driving the adoption of Verint's innovative solutions by designing tailored architectures that meet our customers' unique needs in collaboration with the Verint Cloud Platform. Primary areas of focus will include aligning Verint Da Vinci AI and Verint CX Automation technologies with customers’ business objectives. This role works closely with sales, services, engineering, and customer teams to ensure successful project design, delivery and customer satisfaction while creating strong partnerships with customers.
