The Sr Software Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for testing and supporting a variety of applications as part of an expanding application development team. This role is crucial in ensuring that the applications meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. The position involves a comprehensive approach to testing, including the design, construction, and execution of test cases, as well as the identification of defects through systematic testing. The analyst will also assist in the maintenance of automated testing scripts and regression testing suites, ensuring that all non-functional requirements are accounted for in test plans. The role requires following and improving enterprise best practices and testing standards, creating and maintaining technical documentation, and providing consultation on complex projects. Additionally, the analyst will mentor other SQA staff and participate in continuous training in company policies and industry regulations.
