Here at iRely, we understand that your Business isn't simple, but our Innovative Software Solutions are. iRely is expanding and we are hiring Sr. Software Implementation Specialists to join our Professional Services team at our headquarters in Irving, Texas. This individual will play a pivotal role in deploying our ERP solutions and delivering exceptional value to our customers. As a Software Implementation Specialist, you will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring seamless integration, configuration, and adoption of our software to meet customers' unique needs. This role involves a blend of technical proficiency, functional expertise, and customer-facing skills, requiring occasional travel to work directly with clients.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in software implementation
Experienced in Testing, Configuration, Training and troubleshooting
Coordinating Implementation and support teams
Strong problem-solving, and articulation and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel as needed to support customer projects.
Travel up to 25%

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or other similar platforms
Experienced in Accounting applications and General Ledger

Responsibilities

Lead requirements-gathering sessions to understand customer needs and business processes.
Provide top-notch customer service to large and strategic customers.
Support customers through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities.
Deliver training sessions for both trainers and end users, ensuring successful software adoption.
Interface with customers at all levels
Participate in customer meetings and sales events.
Configure and build the iRely Store Suite to align with customer requirements.
Execute project tasks in collaboration with project managers to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Provide on-site and remote support during escalations, go-live, and post-go-live phases.
Follow established implementation standards set by the Professional Services Organization (PSO).
Assess and resolve complex project challenges, focusing on quality-driven solutions.
Maintain an average of 75% utilization on billable projects.
