As a Software Engineering Manager at LILT, you will identify, hire and build a world-class team of Software Engineers, Researchers, and Data Analysts to define, drive and execute on the creation of the next generation of Lilt's data platform. You will develop a team of highly motivated and talented individuals that can influence decision making at every single level of the company: Product Management, Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Research. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with enormous growth opportunities.
