SR Software Engineer - Remote
About The Position
The Administrative Integration Services Unit is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and support tools related to Mayo Clinic’s Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System. The work unit supports Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, and Work Force Management business partners. Ideal candidate has a background as a full stack developer with .Net, JavaScript, relational database, and API skills. Experience with Oracle Apex, Oracle Visual Builder Studio, Oracle Integrations Cloud, and Oracle Agent Builder Studio are a plus. Position requires a high level of analytical skill, ability to manage varied workload on projects, proactiveness, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Willing and capable of adapting to shifting requirements.

Responsibilities
- Works closely with the Lead Engineers and Product Managers to translate requirements into code.
- Participate in SAFe Agile framework
- Ensure all appropriate documentation of processes and source code is created and maintained.
- Communicate effectively with peers, leaders, and customers throughout the organization.
- Participate in expert level troubleshooting and resolve problems through root cause analysis, data and system investigation.
- Contributes to design and architecture discussions.
- Leads targeted cross-functional improvement efforts and serves as a technical mentor to other developers. Conduct code reviews and implementation of standards across teams.
- Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions.
- Work independently with minimal guidance. You may lead projects or project steps within a broader project or have accountability for ongoing activities or objectives.
