Your Role on Our Team The Sr. Software Engineer will work as a member of an agile software development team that is responsible for building and maintaining custom applications for Milwaukee Tool. The Sr. Software Engineer will participate in agile ceremonies and help facilitate good practices throughout the SDLC.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of professional software development experience
Experience with the following technologies
C# / .NET
React.js or similar JavaScript framework
SQL
Azure Cloud / other cloud platform
Container Apps, APIM, Service Bus preferred
Git or other source control
Writing CI/CD
Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools
Object-oriented and relational database development skills
Strong professional written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with agile methodologies

Responsibilities

Hands on design and development of applications using technologies such as .NET/React.
Work as a member of an agile software development team
Enhance and support existing applications
Troubleshoot problems identified by users
Collaborate with architects, lead engineers, product owners, and analysts to understand requirements, refine a backlog, and develop solutions
Advocate for adherence to standards on the development team
Mentor junior team members
