Finalis is a fast-growing, VC-backed startup transforming private capital markets. Launched in 2020 and growing rapidly, the firm is on a mission to power dealmakers by building the world’s largest, ai-native dealmaking platform. Though we have bases in SF and NYC, we’re fully remote. As a Senior Software Engineer at Finalis, you will play a critical role in building and scaling our ai-native platform across our three core pillars: compliance, data, and payments. You’ll own significant parts of our system design and implementation, contribute to our technical roadmap, and mentor other engineers. This role requires strong technical expertise, the ability to navigate complexity, and a passion for creating reliable, secure, and elegant software.
