T-Mobile is looking for a Senior Software Engineer with deep Salesforce expertise to help power our next-generation B2B customer experiences within T-Mobile for Business (TfB). In this role, you won't just code—you'll design and build scalable, customer-first solutions that tightly integrate the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, CPQ, and custom apps) with our broader digital ecosystem. As a Senior Engineer, you'll apply your knowledge of the best software engineering practices—including microservices, cloud-native architecture, and API-first design—to develop high-performing, highly available Salesforce applications. You'll work across teams to build custom Lightning Web Components (LWC), optimize CPQ workflows, and contribute to enterprise-level integrations with Heroku and other cloud platforms. You'll also bring a strong engineering mindset—focused on performance, reliability, and reusable patterns—to every solution you create.
