About The Position

Piper Companies is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer (C#/.NET) for a healthcare SaaS company located in Morrisville, NC. This is a contract-to-hire position and is HYBRID (3 days onsite).

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in related field
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
• Strong experience in C#/.NET Core, JavaScript (Angular/React)
• Azure Experience
• Azure Certifications are a Plus

Responsibilities

• Lead software development projects using .NET Core, C#, Angular, and React to deliver scalable, business-aligned solutions.
• Guide architecture and validate solutions for complex initiatives with a focus on innovation and quality.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define goals, standards, and timelines, driving effective project execution.
• Optimize applications by identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable improvements.
• Support team growth by mentoring developers and fostering a culture of learning and improvement.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards to maintain high-quality outputs.
• Maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation to support development and operations.
