The Sr. Software Engineer (Full Stack) works on the development/modernization, upgrades, and maintenance of End-to-End workflow applications.

  • Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications.
  • Maintain code integrity and organization, while modernizing and maximizing efficiency.
  • Active involvement in and contribution to requirement analysis.
  • Active involvement in and contribution to design reviews, development, deployment, unit testing and code reviews.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features.
  • Mentoring new developers and team members and collaborating with the Business Analysis and QA teams.
  • Participating in application framework design.
  • Collaborate with a team of developers while ensuring your own personal work is completed in a timely manner.
  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering or an equivalent degree is required.
  • 5+ years of experience and skills in Java using the following technologies: Java/JEE, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, JSP, JSTL, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, XML Struts, Spring.
  • Must demonstrate excellent programming, and software engineering capabilities, software troubleshooting experience, and velocity.
  • Experience with Java Web Frameworks/ Spring Boot.
  • Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, software design, and best practices.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • 3+ years of experience with JavaScript Frameworks like (Angular, React, Vue and KnockoutJS) - prefer experience with Angular vs 11/13.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Ability to work independently and excellent initiative.
  • Work well with others and enjoy being part of a diverse team.
