About The Position

The Senior Software Engineer delivers on our Purpose by supporting the BOSS (Booking Operational Search System), COSS (Customer Operational Search System, CPS (Customer Profile Service), and Rosetta products for the IDF Customer and Commercial Data Delivery Teams. This role identifies and prevents production problems and implements immediate resolution efforts across technology areas across the enterprise. This Engineer joins an impactful team that works with shared services and stakeholders across various departments and supports business capabilities that span a variety of applications and programs. The Senior Software Engineer is a team player who is proactive, eager to take on challenges, and excited to support impactful initiatives that drive the future of Southwest.
