As a Senior Software Engineer on our Communications & Login squad, you’ll help solve one of our most foundational challenges: how we engage patients meaningfully, personally, and at scale. This team owns the first impression patients have with Cedar—everything from login flows to the email and text messages that guide them through their healthcare bills. It’s a deceptively complex problem. What we send, when we send it, how it's personalized, and how patients log in to act on it can be the difference between confusion and clarity. Done well, great communication doesn’t just improve payment outcomes—it helps patients feel informed, in control, and supported during a stressful part of the healthcare journey. This is a role for someone who wants to ship meaningful product, build robust systems, and help level-up a growing team.
