In this role, you'll collaborate with creative teams to ideate and produce impactful, trend-driven content while managing campaigns from conception to execution. You'll leverage data to optimize performance, identify new opportunities to productize social initiatives, and ensure our strategies remain at the forefront of the ever-evolving digital landscape.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media strategy, partnerships, or campaign management, preferably in a fast-paced or global environment.
  • Proven success in managing end-to-end social media campaigns with measurable results.
  • Hands-on experience working across major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) and understanding their nuances.
  • Strong track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging trends or opportunities within the social landscape.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams, agencies, or cross-functional partners to deliver high-impact work.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking, analyzing, and optimizing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social platform insights, or other reporting tools.
  • Strategic thinker with a 'test-and-learn' approach to innovating and improving campaign performance.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, cultural moments, and new social features, with a proven ability to apply them effectively.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creativity and a strong eye for content creation, with experience conceptualizing and producing engaging social-first content that resonates with audiences.
