You will be the Sr. Skunk Works Antenna Engineer for the Skunk Works which is responsible for... What You Will Be Doing As the Sr. Skunk Works Antenna Engineer you will be responsible for driving RF research and development of low observable antennas, radomes, and hardware integration, providing technical support for IRAD and CRAD projects, and shaping technology roadmaps. Your responsibilities will include: - Develop and verify system‑level radome and antenna performance, including roll‑up analyses. - Design, build, and test large‑scale fixtures for antenna and radome validation. - Lead RF hardware prototyping, manufacturing, and integration on air vehicles. - Perform RCS reduction studies and create trade studies for LO hardware. - Present technical results to customers and engineering teams with clear documentation. Who You Are You are a collaborative RF professional with deep expertise in electromagnetic theory, HFSS or CST, and MATLAB. You have proven experience designing antennas or radomes for low observable applications and a strong background in RCS reduction. Your hands‑on approach, clear communication, and strategic vision enable you to influence technology direction and deliver impactful results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar Required
  • Antenna or Radome Design and Integration Experience
  • Strong background in the field of Electromagnetics and Radar Cross Section (RCS) reduction of antennas and radomes
  • Working knowledge of industry design and analysis tools such as HFSS, CST Microwave Studio, FEKO, MatLab, Knowbell
  • Excellent communication skills, as position requires interfacing with internal and external customers to report technical and scheduling status
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
  • The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

  • Experience leading teams and interfacing with external customers and basic project management skill sets desired
  • Active Secret Clearance desired
