About The Position
Samtec, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Signal and Power Integrity Engineer to join our team. This position is critical as it involves providing expert technical support to customers on signal and power integrity issues related to our interconnect products. The successful candidate will be part of a team of engineers dedicated to delivering top-tier customer application support. This role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across the entire organization. Your expertise will ensure the performance, reliability, and signal integrity of our products, meeting the stringent requirements of our diverse customer base. In this role, you will analyze customer designs and recommend optimal solutions for signal integrity and power delivery challenges. You will also develop and deliver training workshops and webinars on signal and power integrity best practices and our product offerings. Collaboration with other departments will be essential to drive projects and initiatives, and you will provide support to other team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Additionally, you will assist the sales team in technical discussions with customers and provide pre-sales support to demonstrate the value of our products. Developing and presenting technical presentations and demonstrations to highlight the benefits and unique features of our interconnect solutions will be a key responsibility. Collecting feedback from customers on their experience with our products and identifying areas for improvement will also be part of your duties. Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in signal and power integrity technologies and incorporating them into your customer support strategies will be crucial for success in this position.
