Ruiz Foods is seeking a Sr SharePoint Architect/Engineer to join our Information Technology team. The role involves creating cross-functional visual design interfaces, requiring creativity in translating complex technical concepts into intuitively engaging sites, and implementing customized SharePoint solutions that drive business value. The ideal candidate creates scalable websites, communicates effectively, and collaborates with various groups across the organization to provide technical guidance for both technical and non-technical audiences. This is a hands-on position and requires on-site attendance at our Frisco, TX location.

  • Creatively design entire systems to meet defined requirements.
  • Cross-Platform Full Stack Development.
  • Create function and design requirements, programming specifications, data elements requirements, data validation specifications, data capture mechanisms, and data conversion procedures through discussions with relevant stakeholders and departments.
  • Develop new user-facing features as requested.
  • Develop creative UI/UX interfaces.
  • Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
  • Renovate current SharePoint sites that will translate into an improved user experience with improved navigation and aesthetics across Ruiz’s Public Facing and Intranet Ecosystems, leveraging .NET and other frameworks.
  • Test SharePoint Deployment and Updates, including preparing and using sample data for testing purposes.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and specifications in formal reports and oral presentations.
  • Consult with Team Members and other parties to ensure understanding of task objectives, identify problems, and suggest improvements.
  • Provide technical expertise, direction, and supervision to junior-level team members.
  • Design and develop SQL Server database structures and processes as necessary.
  • Work closely with other programmers and DBAs.
  • Collaborate with Team Members to address and remediate.
  • Provide feedback on user interfaces, critical business rules, and functionalities.
  • BS Information Technology/Systems or related degree.
  • Over 8 years of hands-on experience in professional development or enterprise deployment of Advanced SharePoint Online Sites or ASPX required.
  • Power Automate (Flows), Power Apps, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, PowerShell.
  • Expert knowledge in building enterprise-grade SharePoint online solutions.
  • Expert knowledge with SharePoint and OneDrive Integration.
  • Creative Design for User-Centric UI and UX front-end implementations of .NET.
  • Advanced knowledge in Graphic Design using Photoshop or Illustrator.
  • Working experience in a Team environment.
  • Expert knowledge in HTML5, ASPX.Net, C#, JavaScript, XML, CSS Languages, SQL PHP/Python/React/Node, SPFx.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Internet Information Server, Apache, User Interface Design, web design, technology security, relational database exposure, and OOP.
  • Strong ability to work effectively with business leaders and teams in various locations.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, deductive reasoning, and troubleshooting skills.
