About The Position
As a Senior SharePoint Analyst at ENTRUST Solutions Group, you will play a pivotal role in supporting project managers to achieve project goals related to scope, schedule, and budget. This hybrid position requires you to be onsite in Oakland, CA, two days a week, allowing for a blend of remote and in-person collaboration. Your primary responsibilities will include thoroughly understanding project requirements and anticipating potential issues that may arise during project execution. You will develop project scopes, functional requirements, deliverables, and budgets under the supervision of the project manager, ensuring that all aspects align with the overall project metrics. In this role, you will coordinate sub-teams to meet concurrent project goals, engaging with stakeholders to understand the nuances and specific requirements of each project. Building strong client relationships will be essential, as you will facilitate client coordination under the guidance of the project manager. You will also ensure adherence to ENTRUST processes and procedures throughout the project lifecycle, proactively communicating any challenges related to scope, cost, schedule, and quality to the project manager. Your responsibilities will extend to managing team building and project ramp-up within defined parameters, identifying strategic opportunities, and executing plans to maintain a competitive edge in Data Solutions. You will guide the development and implementation of analytical workstreams or processes, coordinating projects and overseeing the day-to-day operations and financial aspects with the support of the project manager. Additionally, you will leverage your technical expertise to position ENTRUST as the go-to subject matter expert in the industry, supporting proposal activities and designing technical approaches for complex projects across various skill groups. Your role will also involve overseeing specialized personnel within specific framework domains and assessing technical skills and growth opportunities in subject matter experts.
